Terms and Conditions

Because E Talent America is a family friendly community, the terms and conditions are committed to professionalism and decency. Therefore, all profiles must be free of profanity, nudity or reference to drug usage. Any profile containing such will not meet approval and will not be posted on E Talent America. Once a profile is sent in for approval, notification will be sent to prospective members whether they have been approved or not approved. If you are approved your site will be posted within 24 hours. If you are not approved you will have one chance to revise your profile. If a site is still not approved, it will be deleted and the 1st month fee will be forfeited towards administrative fees.

Professional space will be charged $15.99 monthly and can only be secured with a debit or credit card. The name on the card will be the person held responsible for all transactions. Credit or debit cards will be automatically charged 15.99 monthly until cancellation. This charge will occur on the monthly anniversary day of the original sign up.

A community membership can be cancelled at any time. However, cancellation less than a week before the renewal date will result in an additional monthly charge.

If a credit or debit card can not be charged, there will be a notification email sent, and the member will have 3 days to get payment made. After 3 days, that business site will be taken down and the credit/debit card holder will continue to be billed until formal cancellation is made and account is cleared of any debt. Once an account is 6 months past due, the account will be turned over to collections and the account will be purged from Talent America.com and become the property of a debt collection service.

An account in poor standing will be flagged by the card holder name and talent name.

Harassment among members will result in office site eviction of those culpable. We reserve the right to remove anyone from E Talent America.com that violates terms or conditions or is contacting a community member that has asked to not contact them. In addition, they will not be eligible for any refund of days left in that month that have been paid for. Those accounts will not be reinstated.

There can be no mass email advertising for products or services between E Talent America members. Anyone found doing this will be considered violating terms and conditions (See above paragraph).

Any email harassment from outside the community cannot be traced by E Talent America. Therefore, it will be up to the individual talent to block harassing email addresses from their profile page. Profile information will not include addresses, phone numbers, or personal email addresses. It is up to the talent to decide to who and what private information is given out. E Talent America will not be held responsible for any problems arising from additional personal information given out to anyone.

Copyright Materials

According to the law, you are not permitted to publish copyright materials as your own. It is the responsibility of the profile owner to preserve and protect all laws associated with copyright. Any copyright infringements will be the responsibility of the profile owner including any lawsuits or fines. E talent will not be held responsible for any materials published by a member that does not uphold copyright laws.
